Graduate Career Development Adviser

We are seeking an innovative Graduate Career Development Adviser to join our impact driven Careers and Employability team. You will work specifically with our final-year students as they approach graduation and our recent graduates as they take their first steps in developing their careers after university.
You will provide comprehensive support to students and graduates both individually and in groups, and work closely with employers to build strong partnerships and secure graduate opportunities.
The successful candidate will:
o Work effectively with students to support them in securing graduate roles or further study courses.
o Work with local employers to encourage and support them to promote their opportunities with us.
o Be confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders both within the university and in the local community
We are looking for someone with a level 6 (or above) Careers Guidance qualification or a willingness to commit to working towards a level 6 Careers Guidance qualification.
