Full Job Description
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work on our Welsh Water contract delivering projects for our client Welsh Water. Your initial role will be to monitor site, undertake surveys, check plans and collate data. You'll learn project management, stakeholder management, resource management, and safety culture. You will engage with experienced Project Managers, Designers, Commercial staff, SHEQ and delivery teams that will enable you to further develop your understanding and capability in a built environment., Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue your career as Quantity Surveyor within an infrastructure business. As a participant, you will receive extensive support and opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge:

To be eligible for the Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria: - Graduated within the last 2 years or about to
- Achieved or expected to achieve 2:2 degree or equivalent in either Engineering or Similar construction management related qualification.
- Full driving license
- Work Eligibility: Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025
- Motivation: A clear commitment to advancing your career within the water industry.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different locations across the UK during two-year programme.
