Graduate Commercial Manager

You'll will work closely alongside more senior consultants and will receive close support. Tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on the client and the nature and stage of the project being worked on. It may be required to work on multiple projects and with multiple clients simultaneously covering both pre-and post contract phases. Working in collaboration with commercial management teams, you will support the delivery of services across:

• Cost management
• Estimating and cost control
• Contract and procurement
• Audit and assurance
• Report writing
• Pre and post-contract administration, We will be sifting through applications and you will receive a response to your application confirming the next steps.

• Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management, ideally accredited by RICS.
• A passion for commercial and cost management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategically minded with strong analytical and problems solving skills
Desirable:
• Knowledge of the profession and an understanding of the pathway along with awareness of RICS or CICES with a desire to achieve chartered status., Successful Candidate must be a UK Sole National
• Successful Candidate must be willing to relocate as part of their rotational Scheme (Relocation Support available)
