Full Job Description

The AEG Real Estate team are looking for a Graduate Construction Project Manager to provide support to multiple real estate development and refit projects, many of which are underway. Working primarily with the project delivery leads, the Graduate Construction Project manager plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £100m. You will:

  • Set up and develop projects from RIBA Stage 1 through to Stage 4.
  • Set up and manage contracts and appointments from concept stage to completion.
  • Set up and manage project budgets from concept to completion.
  • Review and coordinate project documentation received from contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist in the development of project management documents such as project schedules, specifications, and regular reporting.
  • Coordinate project risk assessments and registers by liaising with all internal company departments and stakeholders.

    Has a recognised qualification in a relevant field of study (e.g. Construction Management, Property Management, Estates Management)
  • Has good Microsoft Office skills and an ability to write reports.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple tasks including emergent issues that might arise on a daily basis.
  • Has an interest and/or technical understanding of construction.
