Position Overview: Are you a recent graduate or someone with a some experience looking to kickstart your career in sales? Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Territory Manager to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for those eager to work with cutting-edge Freestyle Libre products and make a meaningful impact in healthcare.,

  • Educate and Support: Train patients on the use of FreeStyle Libre and its digital health solutions, and educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on interpreting the Ambulatory Glucose Profile report and the LibreView reporting suite.
  • Build Partnerships: Establish effective partnerships with target accounts by matching ADC's solutions to identified customer needs and driving mutually productive outcomes.
  • Implement Guidelines: Implement local health economy (LHE) guidance and patient pathways, maximizing formulary pull-through via the upgrade of target patient cohorts to the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring system.
  • Develop Advocacy: Leverage customer advocacy for ADC and its brands with key consultants, diabetes specialist nurses (DSNs), clinical leads, payer customers, and patient associations.
  • Collaborate: Work with local ADC colleagues to develop and execute account plans to increase ADC sales and market share.


  • Education: Further or higher education qualification.
  • Sales Skills: Sales experience with strong selling skills (internships or part-time roles count!).
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Strong presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills.
  • Location: You must be located E & W Midlands/Wales or be willing to relocate.
