Are you passionate about innovative building design and eager to contribute to sustainable, cutting-edge façade engineering projects? Mott MacDonald invites you to join our Façade Engineering Graduate Programme, where you'll collaborate with industry experts to design, develop, and oversee the installation of diverse façade systems that enhance building performance and aesthetics.,

  • Design & Development:
  • Collaborate on the design of innovative façade systems that meet aesthetic, performance, and sustainability criteria.
  • Assist in developing detailed specifications and drawings for façade components.
  • Project Management:
  • Support the monitoring of façade installation processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Contribute to project budgeting and scheduling to deliver cost-effective and timely solutions.
  • Sustainability Focus:
  • Engage in the design of carbon-neutral and low-carbon façades, contributing to Mott MacDonald's leadership in sustainable building design.
  • Participate in upgrading existing buildings to enhance energy efficiency and overall performance.

    Qualifications: Graduates with a degree in Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, obtained no earlier than 2023.
  • Experience: Less than 12 months of relevant experience, excluding placements.
  • Skills:
  • Methodical problem-solving approach.
  • Initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards technical challenges.
