Full Job Description

This role will provide administrative support to the People and Culture department ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. This role involves a variety of tasks supporting the UK, Norway and Kazakhstan entities and will report to the HRSD Manager.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of transactional HR support. This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for timely and accurate delivery of HR services. You will be expected to be proactive in your approach you will be keen to drive innovation and form meaningful working relationships across the organization.,

  • Maintain and update trackers

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

  • Assist with the offboarding process and the associated actions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including maintenance of people data in the HR system

  • Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and respond accordingly

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies

  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics

  • Support other members of the team with monthly reporting activities, Compensation and Benefits Administration, payroll and mobility activities

  • Creating, issuing and filing contracts and letters

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives

    Educated to degree level or appropriate equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proactive, flexible in approach and customer focused. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent general administration skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrates a good level of initiative with the ability to identify and highlight potential issues in advance of problems arising

  • Able to priorities a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly.

  • Able to work with highly confidential information, deliver with discretion and maintain the trust and confidence of client groups.


  • You will be required to work in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
