Full Job Description
- Assist the implementation team with the management of projects and the creation of customer-specific data/configuration
- Responding to queries from a global customer base, primarily by email, but occasionally including Microsoft Teams calls
- Liaising with Developers, Business Analysts & Senior Support colleagues to reach resolution on incoming tickets
- Maintain and develop internal knowledge base and contribute to product documentation
- Developing a strong knowledge base of all MIS Products.
This position would suit either a recent Graduate or Junior candidate with 1-2 years commercial experience. The role offers £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience., Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A proactive approach to learning

MIS Marine (MIS) specialises in the design, build and maintenance of software solutions relating to the shipment of oil, gas and chemical products. The systems we develop and maintain are used by energy companies globally, who have an interest in these activities.
