Full Job Description

You will gain a significant understanding of the work we do and our team culture and will develop your consulting and communication skillsets through DBMC engagements with top priorities across the bank. You can expect challenging and varying tasks - from day one. As part of the intern programme, you will rotate into new consulting project teams and get to know business divisions across the bank. You'll also be exposed to a fast-paced, and agile culture giving you the opportunity to meet and engage with leaders across the organisation.

We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won't necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you'll need to build a career with us. To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must:

  • Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025.
  • Be able to start full time work in July 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
  • You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree.
  • Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
