Graduate Marketing Executive

Your role will be to support the Acquisition team with the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns, supporting digital and content teams to help deliver successful B2C web journeys and identifying opportunities for testing and optimisation.

The role is working hybrid hours of two days a week in the Bradley Stoke office and three days working from home.

What you'll be doing:

• Working with our friendly in-house creative studio to develop end to end campaigns for all web acquisition product and offer updates.


• Working closely with the Performance Marketing team to monitor performance of all our direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns and support on providing insights to improve executions.


• Being a brand champion - ensuring a consistent tone of voice and creative across our brand estate.


• Working closely with the SEO performance marketing team to ensure we're capitalising on any new product changes to help boost traffic.


• Managing the delivery of campaign projects, with clear timing plans.


• Ensuring all customer communications and documentation is clear, fair and not misleading; is designed in line with ASA guidance and FCA rules and guidance; and is compliant with data protection law and any other relevant legislation.
  
  We're looking for someone who's recently graduated with a business or marketing degree. Ideally, you'd have at least 1 year's marketing experience, which would have been gained during an industry placement year.


You'll need to make sure the customer is at the heart of everything you do. A real self-starter who thrives on working to tight deadlines and juggling priorities with excellent organisation skills.

The successful person will be able to show excellent listening and communication skills and be dynamic, flexible, and adaptable to change. As a team player you'll have excellent interpersonal skills but can also work on your own initiative. If you have a keen eye for detail and a creative flare, then this is the role for you.
