Join our dynamic team as a Graduate Payroll & Pensions Trainee! You will assist the Group Payroll Manager and Group Finance Director in delivering high-quality payroll support and administering various pension schemes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment., Assist in providing comprehensive payroll and pension services.
- Enhance payroll functions to meet future business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and review time and expenses claims.
- Process starters, leavers, and salary amendments.
- Calculate and process statutory payments.
- Manage pension data deductions and assessments.
- Respond to payroll queries and maintain accurate records.

Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or similar (minimum 2.1).
- Good knowledge of IT systems, including MS Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
