Full Job Description

We're always finding bigger and better ways to inspire our customers, using technology to drive innovation and deliver our vision to become the world's leading retailer. As a graduate product manager, you'll be the voice of our customers from day one, solving problems, defining product roadmaps and building products that could affect millions of people across the world for years to come.

You'll quickly discover the immense variety of products we build and the scale at which we deliver. You could be redesigning the grocery home shopping website to improve customer satisfaction or making sure our 125,000 daily deliveries to customers arrive on time, with the right products available for our customers on the shelf.

A Product Manager translates customer problems into technology product development, working with software engineers and contributing to the product roadmap and vision.

Our Product Managers have broad responsibilities. From holding workshops with stakeholders and writing user stories, to getting feedback from customers and data analysis, you'll prioritise development with evidence-based decisions to maximise value for our customers. You'll be part of a cross-functional team of software engineers, designers and analysts, and work closely with business partners to ensure alignment to strategic goals. Our product management teams work across our London and Welwyn offices with the possibility of placements in either location.

We aim to empower you to own and craft your own experience throughout the programme. With support from us, you'll be free to choose your own placements from the vast array of available Technology teams so that you can learn in a way that suits you, helping shape your career as a Product Manager so you can grow to be the very best you can be.

We're looking for graduates with a curious, creative mind, who love solving problems. You'll need a passion for technology, an analytical mind and to be confident translating product vision into detailed engineering requirements. You'll be working with colleagues across technology to bring your solutions to life. Communication skills are essential to gain support for your ideas and understand the wider business context.
