Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with our Senior Delivery Manager to support a variety of projects, from simple tasks to more complex plans. As a Project Coordinator, you'll help prepare action plans that outline project resources, timelines, and budgets. You'll also assist with project scheduling, risk management, documentation, and financial queries to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in project management.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • A basic understanding of risk management and quality assurance control
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner is a plus.
