Full Job Description
As a Graduate Project Manager, your role will be to manage project costs, contracts, and financial planning. Preconstruction planning, contract management, and financial analysis. You will work predominantly within the experienced commercial team and engage with Designers, Health, Safety & Wellbeing and delivery teams that will enable you to further develop your understanding and capability in a built environment., Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue your career as Quantity Surveyor within an infrastructure business. As a participant, you will receive extensive support and opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge:
- A key contact for your functional Programme.
- Workplace mentor to guide and support you throughout your development.
- Develop and network with graduates joining our business at the same time.
- Your Line Manager will conduct regular reviews and support you to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Join our graduates and apprentices from across our group on our Early Careers Network - "Your network, your way". Training & Development Opportunities:
- Workshops: Programme workshops to support your route to competence.
- Rotational Placements: Gain experience through diverse placements both with your business area and across Group Services.

To be eligible for the Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria: - Graduated within the last 2 years or about to
- Achieved or expected to achieve 2:2 degree or equivalent in either Project Manager, Engineering or Similar construction management related qualification.
- UK driving license
- Work Eligibility: Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025, During the recruitment process we will want to see that you are willing to learn, self-motivated, punctual, organised, committed, and hard-working. Many of the technical skills you will need to succeed in this role will be developed as part of your training
