Full Job Description
We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to be based in Cardiff, joining our 2025 Graduate Programme. Working alongside senior project managers and technical leads, you will play an important role in delivering complex projects to our high-profile clients in the water sector. You will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in understanding and managing project requirements, from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling and client relationship management. Your day to day could include supporting senior team members in proposal development, managing project costs and schedules, preparing and delivering client reports, conducting client meetings, facilitating team meetings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves proactive problem-solving related to client and resource challenges. You'll be supported in your journey with the opportunity to work towards accreditation with the Association of Project Managers (APM).
