Our scheme offers placements across our operations, providing a rounded understanding of all aspects of our engineering processes. The placements will focus on everyday people management, supervision, and a commercial focus on continuous improvement.  We have a development culture which supports growth through training, coaching and opportunity.   What are we looking for:  Degree in Engineering Genuine interest in a career within the food and/or fresh produce industry. Either in your final year of university graduating in 2025 or have graduated in the last 4 years. A proactive mindset Excellent communication skills at all levels. A pro-active approach to problem solving and have a can-do attitude.
