- Lease reading and data workflows
- Licensable work (licence for alterations, assignments, and underletting)
- Attending customer meetings
- Reporting and inspections
- Financial reviews of turnover and side-by-side rents
- Rent and service charge raising, collection, and arrears chasing

- RICS accredited degree
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office packages Capabilities:
- Willingness to learn on the job and contribute to live matters to gain experience
- Theoretical understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation
- Ability to read leases and abstract information
- Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize and manage periods of intense activity
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to deliver consistent and rapid responses to all requests
