Graduate Teaching Assistant £350 - £425 per day September 2024 - July 2025 'Outstanding' primary school, Castle Bromwich 1:1 and small group support in either KS1 or KS2An 'Outstanding' primary school in Castle Bromwich seeks a Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support in either KS1 or KS2. This role involves aiding pupils in their journey through the national curriculum.Responsibilities: Deliver tailored academic assistance to pupils, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Support students in understanding and mastering the national curriculum. Assist in the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies. Monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback and adjusting support as needed. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to

encourage student participation. Collaborate with teachers to identify and address the individual needs of pupils. Requirements: A recent graduate with a strong academic record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine interest in supporting young learners and enhancing their educational experience. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to educational challenges.
