Full Job Description

We are looking for a Graduate Technical Services Manager, who is wanting to move into a site-based graduate position. The role will report to the Construction Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Technical Services Managers. This would include:

  • Assist with developing the building services brief for all projects
  • Assist with the review of all building services subcontractor proposals
  • Assist with the review of the proposed services drawings and specifications
  • Assist with the production of a services check list for Project Managers to use
  • Assist with technical support to the project team
  • Assist with reviewing the quality of the mechanical and electrical installation
  • Assist with producing a commissioning strategy
  • This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme). Our Foundation Programme The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations and mentoring over 3 years. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work. The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical and behavioural skills. The training sessions gives a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team, build your network across the business whilst receiving.
