Full Job Description

As a Partner Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our partners and account managers in delivering the DLL value proposition. Delivering best in class service levels, driving NPS scores and meeting tight deadlines through the accurate and timely creation and validation of all contracts. Your role will be to ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The role is an important extension of the front-line sales team and reports to the Partner Support Team Lead.

Day to day:

  • Working in a team and independently to service the needs of our partners and vendors.

  • Build and maintain Relationships with Vendors/Dealers/Brokers and Customers.

  • Provide support to the sales team by handling all incoming contract documentation (via online applications or post) and telephone calls.

  • Proactive WIP management to complete doc pack from pipeline.

  • Strong attention to detail to be used for contract validation and system data entry.

  • Manage your own time effectively to support workload and achieve daily targets.

  • Ensure all paperwork is present and correct in line with DLL policies and liaise seamlessly with joining functions where necessary.

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve problems.

  • Complete customer due diligence, fraud & compliance related checks prior to activation.

  • Be a team-player, supporting the wider DLL business as part of our development plans.

    Have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Have experience with inbound and outbound call management.

  • Have a pro-active approach, with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Have effective time management skills.

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer literacy with experience of learning new IT systems, applications and confidence using digital systems and processes

  • Experience of working in a compliant and regulated environment.

  • Specific experience in equipment leasing and vendor finance.
