We are looking for a driven and motivated new grad, eager to learn and grow. Megan our VetGDP advisor is one of the practice owners with 11 years' experience and the team collectively holds 60+ years' experience. We are a team that encourages growth, personal development and have set a good work/life balance for our team. Our nurses have a wealth of experience and practical skills which is ideal for a learning environment. Joining one of our network of UK practices, you'll train on the job with experienced Veterinary Partners and Practice Owners, at a pace that works for you. You'll also be able to take paid leave to attend the tailored CPD events we hold. The high-quality events we deliver as part of the programme usually comprise subjects such as practical dentistry, practical surgery, radiography, dermatology, cardiology, and more. As you build your confidence in caring for pets and their owners, you'll grow your own client base and see continuity of cases with the support of your wider team. You will have a phased approach to sole charge and better still, when you've finished the programme there's a career waiting for you, either with the practice you trained at or within our wider community/network. As standard we offer all the benefits you'd expect from a major employer (pension, healthcare, paid memberships, life insurance, competitive salary etc.) plus a few more!
