Full Job Description

  • Develop and execute creative design concepts for a variety of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, social media content, and website assets, all consistent with the brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to create visually engaging materials that effectively communicate our brand message and values.
  • Design and produce layouts for print and digital activation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Create visual content for client proposals and presentations, enhancing the overall impact and professionalism of our offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our output is innovative and competitive.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Middleweight Designer to join our expanding in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual designs. This role will involve working across multiple brands within the group, primarily on the B2B side of the business, but will also support the B2C team as required., A minimum of 4 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a B2B company
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
  • Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to move between brands whilst retaining unique brand identities
