Full Job Description
The Tools & Outdoor division of SBD, which drives $10B of the total $14B business, is currently seeking a Graphic Designer. This position will report to the Group Creative Manager , as part of the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team. This role will focus on generating on-brand assets to support our many brands advertising strategy.,
- Exceptional design and concepting skills across digital and traditional forms of output
- Contributing to the ideation & creation of logos, messaging, packaging, merchandising and digital solutions for various marketing campaigns
- Working with layers, color schemes, color correction, fonts, clipping paths, masks & die-lines
- Knowledge of pre-press and print production
- Proof and perform quality control on your own and other's work in detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and track details of multiple projects
- Interact with people at all levels internally, globally, and potentially with external vendors
- Ensuring all necessary information is provided before starting
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, well organised individual, who will be proactive and look to identify opportunities to streamline processes and work cross-functionally within the business and with wider GCX teams to develop and deliver best-in-class graphic solutions. This person will manage all day-to-day stewardship items, with accuracy and on-time. The Graphic Designer is constantly aware of project timelines and the print production process, to ensure color accuracy and consistency across all executions. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic with the ability to visually communicate a message clearly and creatively. This individual should be comfortable with creative, high-volume production, and producing design deliverables for omni-channel execution., Bachelor's Degree in design or relevant field preferred - 1-3 years design experience

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Collaborative team player who can effectively communicate with various internal teams in a corporate environment
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the business
- Ability to retouch images and apply styles/filter effects in-line with a Brands direction
- Ability to amend video footage, with 'tracking', compositing and motion graphic adjustments or replacements is an advantage
- Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples required
