Full Job Description

As our Graphic Designer, you'll work with the Creative Studio Manager, Graphic Designer, Artworker and wider marketing team including in-house photographer and videographer on a variety of marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive conversion across our portfolio of characterful properties. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Respond to tasks/projects from the Creative Studio manager and Marketing Director effectively and within the agreed time scales, including hitting individual and team targets
  • Liaise with properties via email and telephone about artwork, amends, proofing, etc
  • Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials.
  • Create visually engaging content for digital and print media that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain and update the company's visual assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
  • Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and illustrators, to ensure the highest quality output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards
  • Deal with all incoming artwork which will include updating, editing and re-creating artwork
  • Contributing to meetings at predesign and pre-production stages

    Must be familiar and have strong skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of designing for digital and the importance of user experience.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly manner with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Good time management and prioritisation
  • Experience of liaising with printers
  • 2-3 years + Graphic design or Pre-press experience
