Full Job Description
- Create engaging and informative campaign creatives.
- Develop a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, POS, and digital assets.
- Design social media graphics, email templates, and website banners.
- Create eye-catching product packaging and labels.
- Produce high-quality illustrations and infographics to enhance product information.
- Collaborate with the channel marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns and supporting materials for specific merchant partners.
- Design customised point-of-sale displays and promotional materials.
- Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising.
- Develop brand guidelines and visual identity for own label and OEM brands.
- Design packaging and labelling for a variety of product ranges.
- Create product guides, price lists and technical documentation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Support internal departments with ad hoc design and art working requests.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing and merchandising team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing visually compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand, product and service proposition to the UK construction sector., Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Solidworks.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well organised.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A passion for creating innovative and visually appealing designs and content.
- Confident, personable, and able to establish and maintain good personal relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business and customer partners.
- Excellent communicator.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- A good understanding of market dynamics and requirements of key stakeholders.
- Needs to be able to build trust, communicate effectively and be a strong team player.
- Maintain working relationships both internally and externally that meet the company's core values and objectives.
- Able to drive with a clean licence preferable.
- Must always be presentable and professional.
- Must be flexible and adaptable in approach.
