Full Job Description

The graphics department sits within the marketing and business development team, which is currently made up of 20 people, offering a full range of support to the business, including brand and marketing strategy, corporate and service line marketing materials, CRM, research, public relations management, campaign management, bids & tenders, events coordination and management of the firm's digital footprint. This is a full time, permanent, in-house role for the graphics team. The lead and turnaround time for client work is often short, but quality standards are high and cannot be compromised. The team works hard, maintaining a positive attitude, working together with everyone contributing. The workload pipeline is heavy and growing, reflecting the firm's continued success and shifting needs as work becomes increasingly digitally led, as well as reflecting firm wide initiatives to make sure all business groups are using consistent, professional and creative materials. Main responsibilities

  • Design and layout of corporate brochures and documents
  • Provide creative direction and concepts for campaigns and business development
  • Presentation design and layout with media as required
  • Bid support material to compliment the bid team
  • Adhering to, policing, and developing layout to work with corporate identity
  • Ensure brand continuity across all collateral, following brand guidelines
  • Creating maps and floorplans
  • Photography and illustration
  • Taking and understanding project briefs
  • Provide leadership and support to junior member of the team
  • Independently deliver outputs and take ownership of projects from brief to delivery
  • Wider support for the business development/marketing teams.
  • Communicating with Stakeholders across the business., Our hybrid working policy outlines staff to be in the office for 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home. In our London offices, our desk booking app allows you to plan ahead, and book your desk up to 3 weeks ahead. We also offer great flexibility around our core hours, which are from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. You can choose to start and end your day around these hours, provided you still do your 7.25 hours per day (e.g. 8.00 am - 4.30pm, 10.00 am - 6.30 pm). There is no requirement for this to be the same each day, but you are required to keep your manager informed. This position also involves out of hours working on an 'as necessary' basis. We are open to considering flexible working arrangements for everyone; this can be discussed during the application process or upon commencement.

    You will ideally have had some experience in a similar role in a professional services firm, and:
  • Degree in Design or equivalent
  • Design experience in design
  • Demonstrate ability to be innovative
  • Have a great working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Word
  • Video editing and animation skills a bonus
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be well organised in terms of planning time against conflicting priorities and flexible to changing requirements
  • Be able to work collaboratively or independently
  • Have an interest in changing trends and new ideas
  • Have an interest in interactive documents, photography and developing digital skills would also be beneficial
  • Be proactive and eager to learn new skills
