Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to supervise the Grounds & Gardens team at The Conquest Hospital to maintain the grounds and gardens of the Trust in an attractive, tidy and safe condition in keeping with the expected visual impressions.

Essential skills are first line supervision, health & safety awareness including risk assessment, experience and management of grounds, gardens and the external environment. Also, to work with volunteers, community workers and other sources to develop additional resources. You must be IT literate. Some minor building work skills are needed to repair slabs etc. You need a full driving licence as the post covers Bexhill hospital and other local clinics. You must also be able to access the site as part of the winter snow/ice clearing process.
