Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and you'll be doing them. As part of our team, you will keep grounds in wonderful condition for clients across High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Marlow. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.


• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.



• CSCS Card and any plant tickets would be useful


• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.


• Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Operative


• A full valid UK driving licence
