Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Supervising your team, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance for clients in Warrington. • Prior experience in Grounds Maintenance, with a can-do attitude and a safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Grounds Maintenance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• PA1 and PA6 certificates, as well as horticultural qualifications, are advantageous but not essential., Disability Confident
