Being a team player and understanding the value of teamwork
To carry out seasonal landscaping & tree felling as per the programme provided by the Maintenance Manager
Undertaking gardening tasks, such as strimming, weeding, grass cutting, grass collection and litter collection, to ensure all operating standards are maintained.
Repairing any paths, steps and walls as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
Maintaining and undertaking weekly checks of all machinery.
Assisting with siting and re-location of caravans
To comply with all company Health & Safety policies and guidelines, including wearing the appropriate PPE, to ensure safety to yourself and to others.

Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage, although full training will be given.
Full driving licence required
