Full Job Description

Joining our team, you'll carry out a variety of technical service tasks such as communal paving, road working, flagging, and fencing within a social housing setting. You'll manage all tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring and materials ready prior to undertaking any tasks. Receiving and completing assigned tasks using a mobile device (with training provided), you'll work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Candidates will have previous experience as a Groundworker, with brickwork experience and drainage knowledge, ideally within the construction industry, hold an Level 2 NVQ or a City and Guilds qualification, CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card and have a valid full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only). PASMA qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential.

You will also be customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time., Disability Confident
