Groundworker

Carrying out all aspects of grounds maintenance to customers' homes and empty properties including paths, driveways, rainwater and waste gullies and manhole covers.

• Undertaking supplementary-skilled tasks such as brickwork, block work, quarry tiling, rendering to patch repair external walls and cutting back of trees / shrubs.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers and tailoring your approach. Be easy to deal with and do what you say you will.
• Leaving customers' homes clean and safe and dispose of any waste in line with our company policy.
• Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers' homes.
  
  Undertaking groundwork duties and associated multitasking activities in and customers homes
• Working in a similar role, with sound building and construction knowledge
• General building maintenance repair knowledge
• Of working out areas and quantities
• City and Guilds Parts I & II or NVQ Level 2 in Groundwork
• Full valid driving license
