Full Job Description

This role will help us to do this by providing professional groundworks service that delivers an excellent customer experience.

Adhering to current regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

Carrying out all aspects of grounds maintenance to customers' homes and empty properties including paths, driveways, rainwater and waste gullies and manhole covers.

Undertaking supplementary-skilled tasks such as brickwork, block work, quarry tiling, rendering to patch repair external walls and cutting back of trees / shrubs.

Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers and tailoring your approach.

Be easy to deal with and do what you say you will.

Leaving customers' homes clean and safe and dispose of any waste in line with our company policy.

Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers' homes.

Undertaking groundwork duties and associated multitasking activities in and customers homes

Working in a similar role, with sound building and construction knowledge

General building maintenance repair knowledge

Of working out areas and quantities

City and Guilds Parts I & II or NVQ Level 2 in Groundwork

Full valid driving license
