Looking after new site/depot - with turnover circa £30m
Producing reconciled monthly and year-end accounts in accordance with agreed timetables
Finance tasks/projects e.g. vehicle leasing, utilities, Capex analysis etc.
Provide strong technical accounting input both in terms of IFRS and FRS102
To assist with quarterly external IFRS SAP reporting forming the basis of the published Brenntag AG consolidated, audited financial statements
To support and develop reporting systems to assist local management, and to streamline and standardise reporting
Coordinating with auditors (both internal and external)
Preparation of annual statutory accounts, and assistance with external auditors
Support with integration tasks and milestones.
Supporting local management with regard to key finance topics.
Supporting ensuring financial controls are implemented and adhered to.

Recognised Professional Accounting Qualification (such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
Either from Industry or Practice (good post qualification experience is ideal but not necessary)
Good level of IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excel skills - Pivot Tables, Lookups
Good communicator
Attention to detail
Team player
Preparation and interpretation of management and statutory accounts
Technical knowledge IFRS / FRS102
