Full Job Description
As a Group Aftersales Co-Ordinator, you are responsible for the delivery & smooth running of our customer care process. You play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction for our customers and sales / service teams, offering exceptional customer service and assistance from delivery & beyond.,
- Maintaining an efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, accurate records, marketing lists & customer experience tracking.
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales teams & other co-ordinators to ensure a successful sales & customer care process across the group.
- Processing customer experience surveys, tracking, resolving issues arising from surveys & processing returned surveys. Using various systems.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues & customer satisfaction tracking.
- Sending new machine delivery letters and information.
Experience within a similar role including (but not limited to) aftersales coordination in agriculture, plant or automotive industries. Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word & PowerBI. Previous experience of using a CRM system. Experience with customer-facing role / customer service experience. - Strong communication skills with a high level of written communication skills (letter and email).
