Full Job Description
This Group Director of Operations position is within the Community Group.
This is a challenging, strategic and visible senior leadership role within our organisation, with a focus on delivery of the development and transformation of our physical health community services in Coventry. Working in partnership, each leadership team is collectively responsible for the delivery of the organisational strategy, operational planning and financial performance for their clinical group.
The Group Director of Operations will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Director in the overall management and performance of the clinical group, ensuring compliance with NHS and statutory requirements, national frameworks and be instrumental in the consistent delivery of high quality, cost effective, safe clinical services. Central to this is to support the ongoing engagement of group senior leaders and service managers in the delivery of the integration agenda., This will include priority setting, annual business plans and the development of capacity and capability to deliver both local and national priorities for community services. A credible and influential leader, you will have extensive experience in a senior management role and will be able to evidence developing and managing services in a complex environment. Your first-class communication and influencing skills will have enabled a successful track record in achieving results through collaborative working, and you will have the ability to motivate and inspire people to deliver the best possible care to all of our patients.
A key component of the role will be working in collaboration with other Group Director colleagues to deliver complex pathway changes and developments as required.
