Full Job Description

This is a permanent full-time role based in our fabulous new State of the Art London offices with visits to project sites and offices in the Southeast of England as and when required so flexibility and mobility to travel is essential.

As a Group Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both office and project facilities within your regional portfolio. You will oversee statutory compliance, maintenance, security, and other essential services related to these properties. Your role will cover space planning, building and supplier maintenance and management, Business Continuity planning and Health & Safety management. You will also hold responsibility for budget setting and management for the facilities with your control., We have a vibrant, challenging and growing business, with project environments that provide tremendous opportunities for everybody. · A professional qualification in Facilities Management (IWFM Level 4+) or relevant experience

· A qualification in health & safety (NEBOSH, IOSH)

· Proven track record of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years at a Group or Senior Manager level within a corporate setting.

· A solid understanding of UK Health & Safety laws and statutory regulations relating to buildings management including interactions with Local Authority Representatives.

· Quantifiable track record of contractor management (property maintenance, facilities management, catering services) in a multi-site commercial property environment.

· Strong IT skills, with an excellent knowledge of AV and video conferencing technology.
