Work with Stakeholders: Contribute to the strategic direction of ALS and SEND support working with the Assistant Principal for Student Experience and Support

Proven leadership experience in a similar role within education or a relevant field
In-depth knowledge of SEND, ALS, and inclusive education practices
Strong budget management and financial acumen
Data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Hold a degree or professional-level qualification in a relevant subject.
Possess a Management Certificate/Diploma
Hold a full teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, DET) (desirable).
Have a specialist level 5 or above qualification in SpLD or similar
Be experienced in managing a diverse team and motivating staff to achieve high levels of performance.
Be passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
