As the Group Head of Imaging you will be fundamental in working with the Specialist Cancer and Support Services Care group to shape our services for our patients.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate leader in imaging services who has experience of service delivery in this challenging but exciting service. You'll need to understand and be able to evidence the power of multidisciplinary and service user collaboration to ensure that the safety of the patients is at the heart of your decision making.

Responsible for operational direction and provision of management of Imaging services in this senior leadership role. You will ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of quality care, robust governance, patient experience, and sustainability of service., The Group Head of Imaging will provide operational and professional leadership across the Imaging Division. The post holder will provide professional advice and support on all aspects of Imaging to the Specialist Cancer and Support Services Care Group and Trust Board as required.

The post holder will lead and develop the service's strategic direction across the Humber Health Partnership Group, utilising expert professional knowledge and judgement and in depth theoretical and technical skills of the professions.

You will work with members of the senior leadership team to have oversight of the operational management, ensuring safe staffing and patient flow throughout the service and delivery of key quality performance, clinical governance, and financial plans, ensuring national standards are adhered to and clinical practice is in line with national evidence best practice.
