Full Job Description

Midwich are embarking on an ambitious digital transformation program, which includes the global deployment of the Microsoft D365 ERP solution (Sales/Finance/SCM) as well as a new group wide e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce). We require an experienced Group IT Systems Trainer to join us as a part of our Enterprise Applications Team. This person will be a key player in helping the project team implement and embed the solution within the group businesses. They will be responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of training materials associated with the solutions suite of applications and components. Ensuring materials are available in all local languages for our group companies. What you will be doing in this role

  • Develop and deep technical and operational understanding of the new systems and how it will be used in each function/business within the group.
  • Design, develop and deliver training materials to meet business needs, working with local learning and development teams who provide the training.
  • Work closely with the business change and project teams to stay up to date with new features and functionalities of the system and develop training, and materials to ensure the relevancy delivered.
  • Develop innovative learning content for engaging interactive delivery in a global business.

    Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training materials in a global business setting.
  • Experience of mastering a new and complex IT suite of software applications in the absence of formal training.
  • Experience in utilising e-learning tools such as Clicklearn.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Track record in large-scale transformational projects.
