Group Leader, Lighting Attributes

Leading a team of specialist engineers, you will work together in setting and gaining alignment with the business the Lighting Attribute Strategy to ensure we remain amongst leaders for lighting technology.,

• Ensure completion of competitor and comparator Attribute benchmarking. Including, physical/ virtual testing, measurement and visual assessments on all architectures and programmes
• Support the attribute and feature owners to ensure all technical issues are identified and resolved
• Assess test and development activities to ensure Attribute sign-off and efficient delivery
• Track total Attribute AIMS /Issues / Impediment status and ensure all open issues are being progressed
• Identify process improvements and methods development required for Attribute development
  
  Previous experience of problem-solving tools e.g. Root Cause Analysis, 8 Disciplines of problem solving
• Design of Experiments and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in Manufacturing
• Requirements management experience
• Knowledge of lighting systems or other complex commodities and impact on the customer experience
