Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled leader with an analytical mindset to help shape our Group strategy through the use of data led insight. The Group is currently undertaking the largest transformation in UK financial services, and this role will shape 2 key strategic propositions; our Hub Strategies and our Workplace culture In this role you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders across the Group to gather and analyse their strategic objectives and approaches, combining these with self-generated insights to develop the Group strategy. We seek a creative thinker with a collaborative approach and a history of driving innovative solutions through the use of data analysis, visualisation and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing our Hub Strategies, which will create thoughtful collocation between teams and across divisions to foster collaboration and innovation - this will involve understand the various operating models around the group, the talent landscape across the UK and our strategic objectives, then proposing strategic interventions to help us put the right people, in the right places.
  • Working with stakeholders across the Group to inform the continued refinement of our Hybrid working approach, overlaying policy and external insight to shape the proposition.
  • Helping the Group improve our ways of working through enhanced collaboration. We want to better understand how and when teams should come together face-to-face, to improve collaboration, engagement and drive innovation.
  • Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated SMEs to deliver a groupwide transformation.

  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Being able to demonstrate strategic thinking - navigating complex challenges, anticipate trends, and devise innovative solutions.
  • Shows proven evidence of exceptional stakeholder skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills- ability to analyse complex issues, think critically, and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in distilling complex data into concise, impactful content to create executive packs using PowerPoint.
  • It'd also be great if you have:
  • Experience delivering large change projects, even better if it's within people transformation.
  • Experience in a corporate strategy role.
  • Process/continuous improvement work skills.
  • Experience in corporate real estate.
  • Previous experience working with the Agile methodology.
  • Experience developing investment business cases.
