  • Lead and support a team of 45 staff across overall operations.
  • Lead and support supply chain activities.
  • Drive operational improvements and oversee the implementation of ERP changes.
  • Enhance process efficiency, ensuring the company's service remains fast and reliable.
  • Optimise cost controls while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Optimise logistics/fleet operations and ensure implementation of lean practices.
  • Ensure delivery and compliance of health & safety standards.
  • Steering the company operations, through its next phase of expansion.

    Senior operations management experience, ideally in a larger organisations with revenues exceeding £20mil.
  • Proven track record in product-driven environments with a strong focus on warehousing and logistics. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in the movement, storage, and distribution of physical goods.
  • Demonstrated understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency. This role requires a logistics-savvy individual familiar with optimising product flow through warehouse operations.
  • Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from a logistics and warehousing perspective, ensuring that storage, handling, and distribution align with product requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvements and ERP system transitions is advantageous.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills.
