- Manage and develop a team of 4 within the payroll team.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for hotels, restaurants, and care homes.
- Develop best practices, policies, and procedures for payroll operations
- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience in processing monthly and weekly/biweekly payrolls for large organizations - Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data analysis abilities
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation
- Ability to work effectively with external suppliers
- Ability to manage a team of people

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of 4 and oversee payroll operations for up to 1,500 employees across multiple locations.
