Groups Coordinator - London

We are currently looking for a passionate Groups Coordinator, to join our Reservations team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Groups Coordinator, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To provide a courteous and co-operative service to clients and other departments at all times
• To deal with all enquiries promptly and efficiently with a 8-working hour response time
• To assist with quotes on all group and incentive related enquiries and be responsible for converting business within the parameters set by the Revenue Manager
• Whenever possible, to upsell the hotel's premium room types, promote hotel facilities and cross-sell sister properties
• To continuously strive to achieve maximum reservation accuracy to ensure a world class guest experience and accurate tracking of the business
• To check all accounting instructions have been agreed and ensure credit accounts exist and have been approved when necessary
You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota. We are ...
