Full Job Description
- To work closely with and communicate effectively with hotel sales team to support sales and marketing plan objectives.
- To conduct site inspections, and client entertainment as required
- Attend and chair meetings as required, including but not limited daily and weekly event sheet meetings and group meetings.
- To utilise Delphi and Opera systems in accordance with Jumeirah standards, procedure and best practice.
- Personally meet key event organisers during events in-house.
- Undertake post-event follow-up calls to address feedback and solicit re-books or other booking opportunities.
- Ensure all written communication is in line with brand standards.
- Perform any reasonable task as required by your line manager or the department head.
- Ensure a high degree of personal skills, accuracy, attention to detail and positive attitude.
- To report for duty punctually following the grooming guidelines. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
Software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced) - Proficient in English or preferred local language (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of additional language (Desired)
