Full Job Description

Be responsible for taking and managing all bedroom enquiries and bookings for the hotel, over the telephones, Internet and via fax for groups of clients
Deal with customers of all levels with various requirements in a professional and timely manner
Make regular visits to the UK Hotels, especially our main London Hotels
Up sell the facilities of our properties at every opportunity ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue are achieved at all times

Have strong selling skills and an understanding of groups bookings and processes
Have excellent telephone communication skills
Be able to competently manage all aspects of a groups enquiry
Have effective decision making skills
Be a pro-active team player who easily connects with others
Have previous experience working within a hotel group sales department desirable
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with others.
