Full Job Description

(We've hired and onboarded multiple people virtually during the pandemic and have developed our ways of working to make sure new joiners feel part of our team, that being said please let us know if you have any specific requirements as part of the recruitment process that will help us better accommodate you and improve your experience) Responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers. Liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Main tasks: Account Management

  • Management of the full account management life cycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Presentation and training of email marketing software to existing customers.
  • Analysis of email marketing activity and performance as well as suggestions for account development.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Further tasks:
  • Supporting junior members of the team to make sure tasks are completed on time and to client's full satisfaction
  • Reporting to their supervisor, providing regular input on all account activity

    University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in CRM)
  • 3 years' experience in Account Management and online marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel) is a must.
  • Sound technical background, with a strong focus on online marketing and knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
