Full Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our global demand generation function. This role involves planning and executing a digital multi-channel lead generation program.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a variety of digital campaigns to grow Quantcast on a global scale. Your role will focus on SMB and advertising agency leads to drive revenue, and generate new business in alignment with the company's objectives.

We are looking for a proactive and positive team leader who is organized, detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, and experienced in building relationships with commercial teams and managing B2B budgets and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive platform acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Be able to employ a combination of marketing channels and tactics, focusing on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and optimization to achieve growth.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns including, digital, social media, email, content, paid search, and SEO.

  • Responsible for running paid ads across Quantcast DSP, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit

  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights and A/B testing to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, product, content and design) to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

    A minimum of 4-5 years of growth marketing experience in a B2B marketing

  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce required

  • Experience with social media platforms such as Reddit, Tik-Tok, Meta and Google Ads

  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellence in partnering with commercial teams to drive revenue

  • Creativity to develop impactful and engaging campaigns
