European LifeCare Group, a leading provider of vaccination clinics and on-site vaccination programs across Europe, is looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a person you are self-motivating and thrive in a performance-based set-up working closely with our Operations teams and sparing with our Global Marketing team.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion our brands across digital channels, maximising visibility and driving clinic bookings. Our main brands in the UK are London Travel Clinic, CityDoc and Vaccination UK (Focus on CPA/CAC and results)

  • Own Marketing performance across the funnel, understand the biggest levers and drive improvements aligned with local and international goals (Data-driven approach and growth-oriented)

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, e-mail, and social media initiatives (Digital experience and B2C acquisition)

  • Collaborate with marketing team and digital agency to optimise website performance and user experience, ensuring seamless customer journeys from online touchpoints to in-clinic experiences (CVR and customer journey focus)

  • Lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans, roadmaps and retention intiatives (Strategic and CLV focus)

    Experience in B2C growth marketing, ideally in subscription sales, online booking or e-commerce (B2C growth marketing experience is expected)

  • Hands on performance Marketing approach - understands the levers that drives performance, and the actions needed to optimise campaigns (Optimising CPA/CAC and KPI-focus)

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager (Digital marketing experience)

  • Familiarity with a CMS platform like WordPress (Technical skills for website optimisation)

  • Understanding of SEO and Paid best practices and experience with tools like Ahrefs and Google Analytics (SEO and performance marketing expertise)
